Storm Teacup Social Workshop Terms & Conditions


1 General

Storm Teacup reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule workshops due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a workshop cancellation, we’ll offer you the option to transfer to another date or to receive a full refund. We’re unable to compensate for any other costs incurred, such as flights and accommodation. If you are planning on travelling to attend any workshop, please email us at [email protected] to confirm the workshop is running.

The information provided by Storm Teacup is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. Storm Teacup reserves the right to change dates, venue location, content or hosts at its discretion, and to refuse to accept a booking.

2 Refunds

All workshop purchases are non-refundable. All refund requests must be sent via email ONLY to [email protected]

Refunds are only available up until 30 days prior to your chosen workshop date. You must notify us via email of your refund request and we’ll process your refund back onto the credit/debit card you used to purchase initially.

Storm Teacup won’t accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or other personal circumstances.

3  Exchanges and Transfers

If you can no longer attend your workshop date, you may swap your ticket to a future workshop or to another person. An exchange or transfer request must be emailed to [email protected] at least seven (7) business days prior to workshop date with all details outlined.

Transfer to another workshop date is subject to availability and at the discretion of Storm Teacup.

4 DNA (Did Not Attend)

If you fail to attend your workshop, the cost of the workshop will not be refunded or transferred to another date. We do send you a 72-hour workshop follow-up reminder to the email address you’ve provided at time of booking, but can’t guarantee its delivery – it’s your responsibility to remember the workshop dates you’ve registered for.
